SHIPPING POLICY

Local Pickup

– We offer both curbside and 24/7 pickup of orders placed on our website.  We typically process all orders within 24 hours except for those orders that include custom items like nametapes or nameplates.

We will contact you by email or phone when your order is ready and provide instructions if you choose 24/7 pickup at our lockers located inside our side entrance.

Shipping

– Orders placed before 12pm EST typically ship out in 24 hours and arrive at their destination within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays are processed Monday or the first working day after a weekday holiday.

We can also ship to P.O. Addresses and internationally using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Sometime orders are processed slowly on Military Installations it may take many weeks to receive your package. We provide tracking numbers on shipments to APO, FPO and PO Box installations but once a package arrives at your military installation the tracking is no longre available. Please note that certain items are not eligible to ship to APO, FPO and PO Box destinations.

Delayed or lost orders

– All of our orders include tracking numbers for each carrier. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the carrier. If the orders does not arrive on time or is lost please contact us and we can assist you in filing a complaint with the carrier.

Wrong or incomplete address

– Please double check your mailing address. If your package is returned to us due to an error in the address you input during checkout, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

Return Policy

– We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you may return your items in that time period, as long as they are in the same condition that they were received (if you received a new item that item must be returned to us unworn). If you have a domestic return we will email you a pre-paid return label to send the item back to us. We do not however issue refunds for return shipping that we have not provided. We also do not accept returns on custom items.
