RETURN POLICY
CUSTOM, SEWN & ALTERED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
– All customized, sewn, embroidered, or altered items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Patrol caps with rank, nametapes, cat eyes, tabs, patches, or other items sewn onto them
- Military uniforms that have been sewn, altered, tailored, or customized
- Military uniforms with patches, ranks, badges, nametapes, tabs, or other insignia attached
- Custom nametapes
- Custom nameplates
- Personalized or specially made products
- Any merchandise that has been modified specifically according to the customer’s request
! IMPORTANT !
Once sewing, alteration, embroidery, or customization has been performed on a patrol cap, military uniform, or other item, that item cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you believe Kim’s #1 Sewing made an error in the sewing, alteration, customization, or fulfillment of your order, please contact us with photos and your order information.
We will review the issue and determine the appropriate solution.
WE HAVE A 30 DAYS RETURN POLICY
– Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receipt as long as they are in the same condition in which they were received.
New merchandise must be returned unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
For eligible domestic returns, Kim’s #1 Sewing may provide a prepaid return shipping label.
We do not reimburse return shipping costs unless the return shipping label or shipping method was specifically authorized or provided by Kim’s #1 Sewing.
