Privacy & Security
– We will never share any of your personal information with 3rd party sources. All website orders are processed by Shopify Payments and we never see your credit card information other than the expiration date, and last 4. This is to better protect our customers from the possibility of identity theft.
Information sharing
– We do not share any of the information you give to us with third party companies. We only use it to process payment with our credit card processors and Paypal, as is dictated by you, the customer, when choosing a method of payment.
Email address sharing
– We do not share your email address with anyone. Customers may opt-in to receiving a newsletter from us upon joining the site, in which case they elect to receive promotional offers from us, and us alone.
Information security
– Your full payment information is inaccessible, even to us. We can only see the last four of your credit card number and expiration date. We keep no personal data of any sort on our own computers, all of it is stored on our secure off-site server, password protected and up to date with the latest security technologies.
Returns & Replacements
We have a 60 days return policy
– meaning you may return your items in that time period, as long as they are in the same condition that they were received. (if you received a new item that item must be returned to us unworn).
We also do not accept returns & exchange on custom items
– If you have a domestic return we will email you a pre-paid return label to send the item back to us. But we do not refund customized products that have already been sewn in any case.
